This week our cards are headed off to the daughters of a lady that has cancer and has taken a turn for the worse. The daughters are getting prepared to say goodbye to their Mom, which is a hard thing to do. Donna (the Mom), used to sell clothing to women, knowing the clothing and women well enough to dress her clients well.
The silhouette uses the negative of the die cut. First the white has been sponged into the negative. The die cut is then put back into the negative and the purple is sponged.
The hardest part of making this card was the embellishing.
I have to get dinner going, I'll return this evening.

The details on this card ROCKS.. from the teeny tiny pearlwork to your AMAZING lace! Lov ethe color combo and your sponge work with the die. Lovely card!!!
Isn't it a bummer when you have to stop and make dinner? I really don't like to cook any more (even though I am a pretty good cook...I hate the cleanup). Thank you for sending me the paper site! You are the best!!

Jennifer, you give your all when it comes to these Tea Party cards...each one a special and individualized BEAUTY! This one is beautiful and a lovely tribute to Donna who put value on looking chic. The daughters will be touched by your thoughtfulness.
