As I drive through our Northern Indiana countryside I see fields upon fields of just sprouting corn and beans. After a really hard crop last year with an extended mid summer drought, I know the farmers are really hoping for a better year. I've been thinking about a card based on this and when I saw today's challenge was garden scene I tried to put it into paper. I'm not sure the scale worked out just right....oh well, such it is. I die cut my fence then stamped with Weathered in stamped off Sahara Sand. I used my scoring board borders plate to add the scored "furrows" to my Espresso dirt then used a green gel pen to add my sprouting plants. I die cut my watering can in Brushed Silver. I sponged my Marina Mist base with clouds at the top. I embossed a frame at the bottom and embossed my sentiment. I had die cut the birds thinking about having them on the fence, but they were way too small.
