This is my 1st time joining in a challenge. I went to Colleens gallery and began looking at all her beautiful creations. I was on the fourth page of her gallery before I remembered I was supposed to be choosing a card to CASE, not just enjoying her cards. So I went back and started again and CASED this card: Birthday Wishes x 11 by Smoatsmom at Splitcoaststampers
I kept the basic layout and the heart. Substituted a flourish for the leaves and changed the sentiment. Ill be making 20 or so of this design for OWH/soldiers in December, for Valentines Day 2014. Colleen, you have a wonderful gallery.

A lovely, lovely card - great for Valentines day, Priscilla!! I was looking for your card so I could return the favor of a comment that you left me on my FS entry. I couldn't find it, so I decided to just go to your gallery because maybe you are one of those people who doesn't have a gallery, but does leave comments! Then I saw this card for the FS and realized you just didn't put FS??? in the keywords so it doesn't show up in the gallery. I have gotten other comments from you and didn't see a card in the challenge gallery and didn't follow up - so haven't returned you comment. So sorry!

Welcome to the challenge. Let me say thank you as well for volunteering to make 20 more cards for all our military guys and gals. As a former navy wife I understand how important cards and letters are when you're so far from home. You've created a lovely card to honor Colleen. I think Valentine's Day should be every day of the year! And this card falls into the "sweetest category!"
