A big congrats to Colleen! What a fab gallery! I noticed several cards she made w/ bands of scallops, but I patterned my card after her CAS Thanks. I kept the basic layout and ribbon on top of the scallops, but I used different images, different colors, put my sentiment on the bg and added a main image.
After stamping the bombsicle, I colored it w/ copics and die uct using a mega oval die and added stickles. The four different papers were die cut w/ lg scallop die, stacked on top of each other and topped w/ a piece of orange satin ribbon. The sentiment was stamped and a few select areas were colored in. The finished card is 4.25 x 5.50.
Thanks so much for looking! It's on my blog: The Write Stuff

Fun and lovely card with those lovely summertime colors, Julie. The rows of scallops in various DPs are spot on for your CASE of Colleen. The bomb pop image looks might refreshing.
