For today's IC: Godiva Coffee is what I'm thinking. I lived in Virginia Beach for 23 yrs., and I can't think of a better way to start the day than watching the sun rise with a nice flavored coffee in hand while hot air balloons float by! I masked the sky area to sponge on the sand and water. I added itty bitty bg to look like sand and some grass. For the clouds I used my scallop circle punch. I colored the balloons directly to the stamp and sponged the edges in brown, added the birds and baskets. Thanks for stopping by today! ~Roberta

Oh, Roberta, I'm such a huge fan of sponged skies, and I love yours, especially with the birds and those fab popped up balloons - love the soft way you created the beach with the grass and sand too!

I can taste the coffee, feel the wind, and smell the scent of the ocean. Really creative interpretation of the challenge today. I love your peaceful card. Blessings, Lela

Gosh, I've missed a lot of your new cards Roberta. This is another awesome creation. The whole scenery is so breathtaking. I love your balloons and, of course, you did the scenic sponging perfectly. WOW!
