When today's challenge said to use numbers, right away I remembered, years ago without aging myself to much..lol, my very first autograph book, someone wrote this in it and It was one little cute autograph I always remembered...so cute and fun. so I had to make it into a card.
Yesterday's sketch I wanted to do then , but could not get the crafting mojo, going so today I did a happy dance...lol...a little one at least...I wanted to catch both challenges and it worked out so well and was so fun...AND It wasnt a girly card...wanted to do something different ... a guys card...a bit lacy, but I think it will work for both.
I printed the sentiment off computer and cut and sponged it, added the layered dp under it with a blue border to match, and raised the circle with a piece of foam, and when I was cleaning my craft table...well its barely started, so |I should call that moving a couple things out of the way so I could work, this little star brad popped out, and it fit the dp so well I had to add it somewhere, so I made a little paper bow and put it in the middle...:0)
Thanks for the visit...:0)

Lovely design! I remember those corny poems that my friends and I used to write in each others autograph books. You did a great job using one for your math equation. The star and ribbon loop is a pretty little detail.

Wonderful!! that was in one of my early autograph books too. I love your card, such pretty blue. Good luck to your son.....I'm the only mathphobe in the family. My three kids used to play numbers games all the time. One of them majored in Math, and is now a VP of a bank. The others are a lawyer and teacher. I'm just plain old Mom.

You get the blue ribbon for originality. I like how you tied it all together with the little silver star. I really would have liked to see the little happy dance too.

How cute! Love the way you used the numbers in this ... your blues, tags and ribbon are beautiful!
