A big congrats to Lin, the Featured Stamper! I chose her See the Flowers Smiling to case. I kept the layout and flower theme but used different images, different colors and left off the ribbon.
I stamped the morning glory image twice on white card stock, colored it with Copics and fussy cut the morning glories on one and used the Labels 26 die on the other. The fussy cut glories were attached on top of the base image and I used a square die to cut the cobalt layer behind it. I cut one cobalt and one ivory Quatrefoil layer then placed just a few select ivory cut outs inside the cobalt die cut. It's attached to a pale pink layer then a slightly larger cobalt layer. I also used copics to color the clear gems a cobalt blue. The finished card is 4.25 x 5.50.
Congrats again, Lin, enjoy your week! My blog:The Write Stuff. Sorry! I had to delete a bunch of really old posts from my blog & this is one of them.

Gorgeous card, Julie, and your coloring of the morning glories is SO realistic and SO beautifully done. Lovely die cut designs to add to the beauty of the card.

WOW - this card shows your skills and talent in so many ways, Julie, from the brilliant use of colour to the fabulous use of die-cuts and stamping - as always, simply beautiful!
