I made this for friend who suffered a devastating loss. Sympathy cards are always hard, so I used this week's sketch to help me out.
The images are from DRS Designs. I stamped the Flower Cross, colored it w/ Copics and die cut w/ a Spellbinders long rectangle. It was a little too long, so I shortened it a bit using a variation of my Nestie Resizing Technique. The tan marbled piece was die cut and embossed. For the darker goldish/brown, I embossed it w/ a frame folder.
The sentiment was white embossed on more of the same dp and die cut w/ a fishtail banner die. The next smaller size banner was cut out of the tan marbled paper and attached on top. I added a few Candi buttons to finish my 4.25 x 5.50 card.
Thanks so much for looking! My blog:The Write Stuff. Sorry! I had to delete a bunch of really old posts from my blog & this is one of them.
