This is my sample for Trudy's Mix-Ability challenge this week! I took 3 different scraps from my purple file, and tore them into inch-ish pieces, and stuck them down on a cardstock panel with watered down glue (no Mod-Podge in my corner of the world...). After it was dry, I ran the panel through my Big Shot with a Tim Holtz embossing folder, then rubbed a white dye ink pad over the raised areas. I think I had the folder upside-down - but there are no rules, right? Thought this dkdesigns sentiment from Impression Obsession (Key to Change) summed up my crafty experience...

I really love how after you glued it all together you ran it through an embossing folder. And a very clever way of using the flower to make it more budlike rather than open. Like it!
