Our new QFTD is Carole, aka. ckbythesea. What a fabulous gallery she has. I chose this card to loosely case.
Things changed...her basket balls into randomly sized silver balls, her sentiment.....and other obvious things. hehe
This is also for the MIX4 challenge to use water and water-soluble mediums on our cards. I took a rough heavy piece of w/c cs to put my wet design on.
I made my design using my gelli plate. I first brayered on orange paint, spritzed with water then laid my cs on top. Set aside to dry and cleaned off my plate. Then I put some silver paint down and put a made circle stencil on top then relaid my panel on top making the silver circles. Can you tell I am lovin' this gelli plate!
Once dry I added all the doodles around the circles. I also stamped the circle with the tiny heart in it clear eb'ing it.
Drew lines on the white card, put on my panel, popped up my heart and added the computer done sentiment.
Carole, enjoy your reign as Queen. You have a wonderful gallery. Dina, thanks for the great MIX challenge today. I am really enjoying this new challenge category. Have a great weekend ALL!...TFL :0)

The metallic look to your card is so awesome! I really have to learn more about the gelli plates you have made so many fun things using them! Great design!

OK, now I need to know what a gelli plate is, and I wish I could have watched your process!! What a fun background you created, and it sounds like it must have been so much fun. Thanks so much for playing along!!

You sure are getting good use of your gelliplate. You have always been able to recreate your inspirations but this is at a new level of creativity. hugs.
