Top of the class with this awesome CAS mixed media card. I love that image and the way you used it to get that look is what my stamping dreams are made of. Love every last embellished bubble.

What a cool design! That bubble border gives off a 60's vibe..sort of like a lava lamp..your added details of jewels, brads, and glitter are fabulous. Wonderful card!
