Here is my card for today's technique challenge - TLC413 - focus on the dies - I used five punches/dies. The owl punch from Stampin Up, two sizes of circle dies and two sizes of scalloped circle dies. Inked up Tim Holtz wood grain embossing folder with vintage sepia ink and ran a piece of kraft cardstock through the CB. Cut panel to the size I wanted. Cut out the circle in the center of the woodgrain panel. Sponged edges = inside circle and around panel. Used the weathered background stamp and stamped on the base card behind the owl. Cut out two scalloped circles. Cut in half and attached to the right side of woodgrain panel. Zig zagged stitched them on. Assembled the owl - added the wings - using a smalled scalloped circle (cut it into 1/4's and used two for the wings. Stamped on the sentiment. Wood grain panel and owl are popped up...
Thanks for looking - hugs..Pat

This card is a real "hoot"! I love how your little owl is in the middle of his hole in the tree. All the details are just perfect Pat!
