For this week's Inspiration Challenge, Stef sent us to Sana Designer Wear. At first glance, it seemed a bit intimidating! But then I saw this in the bridal section: http://www.sanadesignerwear.com/more...product_id=313
I ran the panel thru my Big Kick with the SU! embossing folder. Then I lightly ran some white ink over the panel, just to lighten the raised area a little. Next I got my Glue pad and light ran it over the panel a few times and added the ultra fine glitter.
That glitter is now all over my craft room! You know that saying, "I am so glam, I glitter" ? Well I am so glitter I just may be glam! LOL Anyway, the floor sure is sparkly now!
Then I tried using white cardstock and adding silver glitter for the medallion. But I just couldn't get good enough coverage. So I used a piece of Darice Silver glitter paper. The medallion die is from the SM Parisian Accents, which I thought would be appropriate.
For my sentiment a circle punch, Verve sentiment and some ColorBox ink. This card is totally impractical! But it is SUPER sparkly : )
Thanks for taking a peek!

Kathleen, beautiful in the most simple way!! I love how your photo caught the gleam! I find it amazing where the glitter turns up, you don't really see it, but you see the sparkle! After using it the other night, I rubbed some off on the DH's pants! Bad DW! hahaha

Gorgeous, love all the glitter... My Mom would have definitely approved of this as she loved bling and all that glittered. tfs

Love the glittery background. Your description made me think of my 10yo DD who had glitter spray on her face today and when askedwhy said, "I just felt like being glittery!"
