I combined the two challenges this morning......postage, and a technique from 2012.
I chose the technique from June 11, 2012, called Half It. I used half of the Wild Rose image, masking it to become a postage stamp. The hardest part was using the scissors.....the cs was so hard to cut. Time to get new ones!

Lovley soft and simple. Love your sprig of leaves and flowers. I just got that EF for Christmas too, like how youused it...TFS...going to have to get it out...:0)

I love how you framed your postage stamp with the frond. Really gives it some punch. Love it.

What a beauty Anne. The added leaf and flowers are the perfect touch and I love the way you did the image.
IKWYM about the scissors. I had the same problem and used a piece of foil and cut it many times! It worked, so give that a try b/g buying new scissors. Hope mom is well.
