Happy New Year!!
It has been a busy week, back to work with all my little ones. I am so happy I got a chance to play this am. and look at the site. Wow...looks wonderful. Here is the tray I saw and in the thumbnail, it reminded me of this old wooden sled....could be too, that we have been sledding all week at our nearby hill. http://www.mackenzie-childs.com/shop...0428&refid=sli
I masked the oval, sponged on Distress ink then leaving the mask in place, stamped the sled and coloured with Copics. It reminds me of the sled I have hanging on my wall that belonged to my MIL that is over 80 yrs. old.
Hope you like it and thanks so much for looking.

Karen, your card is beautiful filled with memories before kids took to metal and plastic discs to slide down a hill. When I suggested the site, there was a beautiful snow-covered scene of their farm in Aurora, NY on the header....and your sled would have looked right at home. Sounds like you have been having winter fun.

Very beautiful! I love the story you told about your sled against the wall. What a wonderful memory piece! on this card, I love the image and also the piercing around the outside.
