This is my 2nd card for this weekÂ’s cc404. I am the hostess and I chose marina mist, cherry cobbler and early espresso as my color palette.
The dessert option is to use something Christmas. I guess from that you know who is still making Christmas cards (lol)!!
I liked the layout on my first card so I decided to use it again to create a vintage look. By switching the colors around you can get a completely different look.
I used the SU set ornament keepsakes and framelit dies for my card plus the SU ornament punch.
Stamped my 1st ornament in cherry cobbler on crumb cake cs and added a marina mist center with an espresso center accent.
The 2nd ornament is punched in early espresso using the SU Core'dinations cardstock and I sanded it after embossing. I used this same cs on my stars.
My sentiment is from the SU set “season of joy”- stamped in espresso. I again used the new SU core'dinations cherry cobbler cs and sanded it for the vintage look.
The dsp is from the SU "deck the halls" collection. Added some cherry cobbler seam binding-used the framelits labels on crumb cake cs and embossed with the SU fancy fan ef to complete my card.
