So here is the situation with Norman and Nelson. You will remember from last year that Nelson was pretty fed up with Norman because he was so enthralled with Cheep and Peep, his pet birds. Nelson can be kind of high maintenance as a friend, and he hates that Nelson always seems fixated on something other then him. Well hey, trouble in not so paradise………guess who has come on the scene now to make Nelson even MORE jealous then when we left him last year? It all started when Norman insisted on attending the “Stylin’ Snowfolk” convention, WITHOUT Nelson. Nelson said stylin anything was for snowgirls, but Norman insisted that everyone loves a sharp dressed (snow)man. So off he went, without his best friend. And who did Nelson MEET at the Stylin’ Snowfolk convention? Miss Sophia Snodgrass, that’s who. Here she is peeking around the corner and sort of eavesdropping while Norman and Nelson kind of “have it out” over their friendship. Nelson is irate because Norman has changed so much since he met Sophia. Everything is Sophie this, and Sophie that…..why Norman has even taken to wearing BOOTS since he met Sophia. The absurdity of snowmen with FEET is something Norman and Nelson always agreed on, Snowmen with feet are just WRONG, but now, since SOPHIE wears boots….so does Norman. So two faced, whines Nelson. Geez he says to Norman, you take such pride in being fit, you are always telling me I need to lose a few snow pounds, well look at SOPHIE, she is definetly on the rotund side…..but Norman sighs and then with that silly grin on his face he says she is pleasingly plump. Sophie bats those big fake eyelashes of hers and Norman just melts……be careful there Nelson tells him, melting is a dangerous thing for us guys. But Norman is gone…..totally gone on Sophie. Cheep and Peep were even jealous at first, that is until they met Sophies pet bird, Robin. Now they work real hard to impress her, and Nelson, well Nelson is just totally out in the cold. What’s a snowman to do??? Stay tuned.
We will miss you beautiful Betty- come play with us – Thanks for all your hard work, and for teaching our team to be color hostesses. Godspeed to you my friend!!

With or without feet, all the snowpeople are just stylin', Karen. (Don't tell Norman I said that!!) Gorgeous retro color choice. Perfectly executed, my dear Both the story and the design are "choice"!! Love, love, love the adorable mitten accessory.

Karen...all I can say is this is an AMAZING card!! Every detail...if I attempted to 'CASE' it..my story would end up including a trip to the emergncy room because Nelson or Norman (or both) would have endured a broken arm (or cut off arm!). Great story~ can't wait for the saga to continue! TFS!
