For hycct.30, we're to use cork, canvas or clay. I found this globe ornament in a stash of polymer clay experiments-- Great fun, imprinting an outline stamp on a thin layer of clay, using pearlescence artists' medium. I'd punched it and cut it around before baking it.
For this week's color challenge, I was in my element. Red and green are my favorite colors, especially their more earthy tones. I labored over my limp-along cuttlebug to cut the holly plate die from old olive, and punched a lot of 1/8th inch dots from red glitter cs, to glue (cross-eyed and fat fumble fingers) for berries. If there's a next time, I'd use stickles! I used the red to make a label frame for the sentiment.
The stamps are su!-- very old. I don't know the name of the set.
