When I first read the technique for today's TLC, I thought it would be much easier than it really was. Unless I was just brain drained this morning After 4 tries I finally got something I was happy with. Not totally thrilled, but happy. I also thought this would work well with today's CAS challenge of "harvest". I used So Saffron, then More Mustard and last Soft Suede. Then I samped the dill week from Garden Silhouettes over the So Saffron stripe in More Mustard. I embossed my main image in Early Espresso Emboss Powder as well as my sentiment. TFL.

Hey..I had the same experience...maybe we're both brain drained..lol! It took me many tries to get what I wanted. Glad you stuck it out cuz this is very pretty. The rich colors are lovely and the corn stalks really create an authentic fall feel.

Mary, I really like how you got your colors so straight. I tried the technique, but it just looked like a big mess. Perfect image for the colors you used. Into my favs. I've gotta give it another try. tfs
