stampinupconsultan gave us an excellent tutorial on creating a woven background. Unfortunately, I do not have any adhesive sheets in my crafting supplies(I can see that I am "under supplied".) My time is limited today.........so I just made a woven feature using glue and computer paper as backing. My leaf is also the focal point rather than a "background". So the challenge police might kick it out of the gallery. : )

I love it!! the colors are wonderful. I don't have sticky paper either.......and not enough reason to buy it. Guess we just have to muddle along with what we have! LOL!

OMGracious, Sallie, this is fantastic. I, too, am under-supplied as I do not have adhesive sheets. I cannot believe the patience you must have weaving all those tiny strips of paper Absolutely GORGEOUS CAS fall card!

I love your woven leaf! I've tried weaving before, but always end up with pieces getting stuck down before the opposing pieces get woven in. I guess I need to try again. TFS
