My good friend, Pat aka Blooms in a Box and I have been enabling each other for quite some time now. She recently caught my attention with a Cottage Cutz set called Rustic Sign & Trees. The first was Y'all Welcome Inn found here: ~Y'all Welcome Inn~ by Blooms in a Box at Splitcoaststampers Then during the Dare to get Dirty event she posted this fantastic Christmas card called Nature's Ornaments found here: ~Nature's Ornaments~ by Blooms in a Box at Splitcoaststampers. (Sorry...if you are not a fan club member you won't be able to see the second photo). Well...... that just did it!!! I knew I had to have it. It wasn't long before she started taunting me that since I had the sign and tree set I would probably have to have the cabin set. Huh???? What cabin set??Oh...and she even sent me a link and told me her honey man Bubba had just purchased it for her. Well..I couldn't be outdone so I just had to have it, too. With that said.....we waited and waited hoping to get them to play with last weekend but we didn't. We got them during the week and knew we would have to wait until the weekend to play with them.
Sooooooooooooo........I challenged Pat to a little "ya'll come now" throwdown and we're heading to the mountain lodge out in the country. It's a long, windy road to and it takes a while to get there 'cause it's snowy and the rough roads are slick with ice. It will definitely be well worth the trip, though!. You can come on in and warm up by the fire. See you there.

Wow, a half gallon of liquid applique, huh? well, it takes a lot of applique to make that much snow at the lodge!! LOL!
This looks more like a fantastic shadowbox scene than a card - you certainly are a master at creating these beautiful scenes - I marvel at every tiny little detail, wishing I could be where that lil' bunny is - taking it all in!! Then of course, I want to come in by the fire and chat with you - LOL!
I think I will dub you and Pat "THE DUELING DIVAS"!!! Yes, I will!!

Wonderful winter wonderland. You and Pat have a great time. I hope the cards you play by the fire are rubber stamped cards. I love the work both of you do. tfs

Okay, first off, Pat needs to pick up her dirty jaw from her faux clean floor and realize that NEVER do the masters hands hold back on fabulousness. It just is impossible for you to touch something made of paper and not produce fabulous (see design above;) Now, I have to head to the master student's gallery and tell her how fabulous she truly is too~Hugs
