For Tyler - I didn't bring a shake, but I did bring a joke so I've earned my cookies. I was going to bring out Snoopy cruisin' along as a late addition to the cruise-in that was held a while back, but it was harder to fit a joke in with that. Joe Cool standing in front of a chalkboard is always a good way for making a feature of text on a card, and I often use him for young teen boys . Normally I figure out the dimensions for a tab just for Snoopy, so there's no small panel behind him, but today I was just too tired.
I used the Sliding Pop-Up Card tutorial in Tutorials. Base is a heavy brown card, newsprint is Echo Park and the retro brown paper is Basic Grey. Joe Cool stamped on watercolour paper and coloured with distress inks.
If you can't read the punchline, it says "His bark really was worse than his bite!!!". Ruff ruff...
Sorry for the bad photo - fell asleep after work and then there was so much stuff going on that it was dark before I'd finished putting this together.MMTPT1

A great card for Tyler, Sabrina. (I'm also enthralled by the GORGEOUS lace in the bg!) Joe Cool is a wonderful image and I like your chalkboard concept for presenting your joke. Tyler is sure to enjoy it.

Well, This joke is a real riot - I love Snoopy and you sure have a lot of stamps with him - enough to fit every occasion it seems.
I have been "looking" at the sliding pop up card for a while and your card may just have inspired me to try it - love the blackboard way of displaying your text too - Great card for Tyler!! HUGS!
