The current ODBD challenge is to make a card with clouds or sunshine. I have a totally different card in mind, but when I saw Taylor's great sketch this morning I knew I wanted to make this card too.
I see one stray half-circle that needs to be taken out of the lacy circle edge; I managed to stab my finger and was bleeding pretty freely, so I didn't want to handle the card any more till I was sure I wouldn't add an unintended bloodstain.
A2 white base. I cut two circles from yellow and orange Bazzill, the yellow slightly larger. Layering them on top of each other I cut them into rays, and then stuck alternate colours onto a plain circle, then embossed with D'vine Swirl. The Lacy Circle is embossed with Swiss Dots, and the blue strip with Herringbone. I used part of a stamp from Scripture Collection 6, inked with a marker. I used the entire verse on the inside, flush with the fold and with a scalloped edge.
