Hi Everyone!! This week's Queen for the day (week) is Stampercamper aka Mary. I am so glad to have had time to stamp - and to play in this challenge, because Mary's gallery is amazing. So many beautiful creations - but when I saw this I knew it was "the one!": {MaryÂ’s Blooming with Kindness Beauty! }
Mary - love your work and hope you enjoy your week as Queen !!! I don't seem to make many cards that are SUO - but thanks to your wonderful inspiration I did today.
Changes were minimal:
- Used textured cardstock and matted with Pink Pirouette
- Stamped sentiment directly on focal panel
- Added thin DSP strips and pearls
- Didn't use ribbon/bow
This card is for a special SIL for her birthday!
Thanks everyone for your visit !!!
Hugs,
Audrey

What is this? A CAS and SUO card Audzi? Have you been running a fever. Take some tylenol quickly and head to zee Emergency Room. Your take on Mary's card is exquisite and, yep, I can see the beautiful textured paper. Love the corner shaped panel too. Twinzi, I can't tell you how happy I am every time I see one of your new cards. I'm working on 2 right now, but they are both kicking my . . . if you know what I mean. My friend has a b/day of 7-11 and loves orchids, so I've been trying to color it over the past month with copics - several pages of them later, I think I have one that will pass. Maybe if I do the right embellies, it won't be noticeable that the orchid isn't colored too well. I need another copics class and more copics!! Take care!

I can see why you chose the card you did, they are both so soft and beautiful. Love the white bgs and the neat shape...wonderful way to honour our sweet Mary...TFS..:0)

This is so positively exquisite that I can even see the texture in your cardstock. Love what you did with the flower. So stately and demure. A beautiful creation Audrey!

Audrey, this is GORGEOUS!! Love the awesome clean design, which really helps set off that ultra-cool, ultra-intricate emboss-resist design. And those colors are some of my favorites!! Lovely creation, my punchie friend!!!
