This calls for bling: http://paperprettiesblog.blogspot.com/
The Friday challenge to recycle: http://frosteddesigns.blogspot.com/ (I used the silver paper liner from a can of International Coffee hazelnut - since I have a serious addiction, my supply is endless LOL!)
Lesson learned: use the die cut first, then emboss - otherwise you will have flat Swiss dots like I have!
EDIT: I forgot to mention - I scored the edges of the sentiment rectangle.

Okay, so you had to have purposefully put a smudge in that exact spot because a flower right there is sheer perfection! Tee hee! I love the background...and the wonderful silver frame thingy!! You so aced this color challenge.....Dexter can't sit still for a minute......I think I need to give you some extra cookies anyway, its not easy to flatten your swiss dots! Giggle! You rock Dorothy!

You may have flat Swiss dots, but they are still Swiss dots! I love that polka dot paper and the lovely butterflies. I also really like that idea of scoring along the sides of the sentiment panel.
