This was QUITE the challenge of colors here for me...I HAD to add a bit of green for the leaves, and a touch of pumpkin for the birds "parts" but mostly it's all the right colors......and I like the way they look together in the end....I actually made two cards, and am tempted to DL both...this is my favorite of the two....Happy Valentines Day everyone!! I started out with this card thinking it would be sort of a masculine Valentine, but by the time I added pearls, bows, antique brads.,,,,well, I am giving it to my daughter! ;) I made another for my husband. and yet, it still has a masculine side,,,,,,LOL.

There's that beautiful marker coloring again!! Your card is gorgeous!! I love the way you colored the bird too, and your framing is awesome!! Happy Valentine's Day!! :>)
Karen, this is gorgeous. The coloring on the bird is great. I love that beautiful bow with the antique brad. The sewing adds a great texture to the card and the dark blue panel makes it all pop. This is a lovely card.

Karen, a beautiful valentine for whoever is the recipient. Your coloring is SO well done, not only on the flowers, but on the bird. You achieved such a texture of feathers...incredible.
