this is my sample for CC361. Peggy is our hostess and she chose soft suede, riding hood red and daffodil delight.
our dessert option is brads or eyelets. I love this color combo and chose to go masculine with it. I thought I would give this card to my hubby sometime when I am being a bear (lol)!!
my image and sentiment are from a new set – North American Woods- being released next week by Marks Finest Papers.
stamped my bear image in soft suede. I used riding hood red, daffodil delight and soft suede dsp.
die cut a button in riding hood red and ran some soft suede cardstock through the button holes.
stamped the sentiment in soft suede- used the word window punch- added my brad to complete my card.
the layout is from this weekÂ’s sweet stop sketch #144. I thought it was so perfect for a masculine card - fairly clean and simple.

Awesome image and sentiment! We just went to the zoo this weekend. No regular bears but they did have a polar bear. Magnificent creatures they are! Love your fabulous card and layout, Mary.

Oh, what a hoot when I read when you'd give this lovely card to your DH. Surely women can't be bears, can we??? Nahhh, not possible! Gorgeous masculine card.
