This LOVELY CARD of Queen Carol was my inspiration. She had a number of cards I was considering, but I wanted to use this SU! background stamp-I know she used a Cuttlebug folder, but I thought this looked similar.
So I used my SU! Floral Background stamp, inked it with VersaMark Clear and applied a blue tinsel embossing powder. Added a silver bow and a Hero Arts rose that was stamped in VersaMark, embossed in silver and colored with markers and then stickled. Mounted all this on a blue card and silver paper. Decorated the envelope with an INKADINKADO flourish in silver and VOILA!!
