Fall is my favorite season and everywhere I look there are gorgeous colors and leaves! When I went into my craft room, I had a "green leaf" card in mind. Well, that didn't happen because I couldn't resist using some papers and some little die cut leaves and SB pumpkins I already had in my "fall" box. Heehee!
My card is a TALL one today! It fits the design nicely. BTW, my design is based on a card I saw in a craft magazine a year or more ago.
Since the houndstooth and floral papers were big scraps, I can't remember which collection they came from but I wanna say maybe DCWV wedding? I tore the notebook paper out of a theme book, cut it down and lightly distressed it w/Ranger walnut stain, likewise I distressed the other papers. On the far left, is the same paper that is on the right but I stamped the left strip in SU choc chip, w/a ? script bg stamp. The pumkins are cut froim Michael's paper w/SBs and stamped with the "made for SB" stamps by, I think it's Heartfelt (they were already done and on the table and I was too lazy to get up and look for the pkg!) The ribbon and twine are from PTI; the button is from my stash. The squares are cut from DCWV metallic copper and/or misc. brown. The misc cream stock has been emb w/a diamond, Quickutz metal folder. Siz die cut leaves are cut from scrap Oct Afternoon paper. I hand drew the linework onto the leaves. I think that's about it on the details.
THANKS for looking and leavng a comment if you want to!

Very nice job ... I like the long shape to it as well as the wonderful fall colors. Wish we had the same thing - our leaves are mostly brown here with the rare reds. Thanks for sharing.
