Congrats card for my sweet friend Jenn who was just promoted at work. This image is sooo "Jenn", and is from American Art Stamps. It is watercolored and paper pieced. I used a mask to stamp in some watercolor minis and Kittie Kits Cause a Scene from Rubbernecker to finish off the scene. Using the Center Step Fold, I added Cheery Lynn's Fanciful Flourish from ODBD. The gate at the bottom is a Spellbinder Border die.
This card was fun to make, thanks for looking!
