For those of you too young to know the term "millinery" it means the designing, making or selling of hats. This sentiment is actually a piece of old typeset that was found in an antique store. As it is not a rubber stamp and there is no flexibility to it, you really only have one chance to make a good impression with it...I think I did fairly well with it today. My paper bag portion is the piece behind the sentiment..it's one of those bags that have old ads printed on them. I thought it apropos for my theme.

First off, thank you for making me feel young. I did not know this word or the meaning of it. Sure makes for a beautiful card tho. I love your images, reminds me of my grandma back in the day. Love the already printed paper bag you used. I came pretty close to using a Krispy Kreme donut bag for mine. Who knows, might still use it. Anyway, LOVE your card! TFS :0)

As a kid, I remember going downtown and walking by a few of those millinery shops. Those days are long gown, but your card is a reminder of the wonders of the past. Great work.
