Aren't computers wonderful things? Ya need an old phone, go to google!! I remember having a phone like this & party line too!! I can even remember our phone number when they used to begin w/ letters!!
Today, Anne sent us to Rifle Paper Co. What cool designs are found there! I chose this one - http://riflepaperco.com/item/Vintage...Notepad/195/c7 - and used Wed. SC 349 & the paper I had out from Thurs. The receiver is adheared to c/s for stability & I twisted skinny black grosgrain ribbon for the cord. The receiver is on pop dots. I also used the numbers ef.
I'm really late tonight. We had a Beth Moore simulcast at church & after dinner I went to DD for a movie. But I had the phone printed!!
Thanks Anne for a fun site and
thanks for stopping by to take a peek.
Oh, and have you ever tried to trim a glue dot!! Now that was fun!!
Edit: I printed the image twice & cut it apart to get this effect. I did nothing to make it shinny either.

This is just fabulous. I love this phone image. How cute and clever to use the numbers embossing folder to go along with it. It is really unique that the phone does look shiny and your didn't put anything on it. So cool!

Fun card! I remember those old phones too and we had a party line as well (although my Mother swears we didn't - I totally remember that the ring was different for them and we only had it a short time). I guess we are telling our age - LOL. Computers are great things - you can find almost anything on them. I found a recipe for brown sugar bacon waffles on the computer today and can't wait to try them!
