It's been quite some time since I've been able to make it to a teaparty and I'm late this week to boot, but I was determined to make it this week.
This week the teapotters are bringing ladybugs , lots and lots of good luck ladybugs to the party. The destination for our cards and all these ladybugs is fellow teapotter Julie, also known as Julesanne , who just had back surgery.
For my card, I used several punches for the embellishments, but stamped the main scene. The grass and other images were clear heat embossed after coloring with both Copic and SU waterbase markers. The ground was sponged, as well as the sky, using a mask to form the clouds.

Fabulous scene. I love your clouds - best sponged clouds I've seen. I especially love the two little ladybirds crawling around half hidden in the deep grass. Of course the piece de resistance is the fairybugmother.
