This is my card for the first round of the CAS fall DT challenges! I was inspired by the harlequin/diamond pattern on the pillow, the black, bolder images with a bit of lighter brown highlighting them, and the sort of "aged" look of the pillow. I embossed just a portion of my card at an angle using the harlequin embossing folder, because on the pillow there is just a portion with pattern, and it too is on an angle. I added the orange ribbon, even though it wasn't technically part of the pillow, because it popped against the black in the inspiration pic so well!

I love the partial embossing. It really enhances the image. I bet this is even more gorgeous in person! Great card, Taylor!
