Happy Monday everyone. I haven't had alot of time for stamping these days. Have combined a few challenges in this one little old card. This is for yesterday's featured stamper challenge - FS237 - Korin (sweetnsassystamps) has the honour this week. Wow - what an amazing gallery - so full of gorgeous works of art. I cased this beautiful card of hers Have a beautiful day
I kept it a CAS card, similar theme and layout. I changed up the colours, mine is a rectangle instead of a circle, omitted the bling, but added the die cut label at the top of the image.
This is for the Ways to use it - use versamark ink. I stamped the sentiment with versamark and then heat embossed with Teddybear brown embossing powder. The CAS challenge is "Hot, Hot, Hot" . The birdies are busy nesting, looking after their babies - spring/summer time thing and the flowers are in full bloom - same thing - you need heat for them to grow outside in your garden. Plus I used a hot heat gun to emboss my sentiment.
I am putting this in this months Fan Club theme "In your footsteps" - When I was little #back in the day# my Grandad and Granny always had birdhouses in their yard. My Grandad had built a multi-level birdhouse - that was always full of swallows. He made birdhouses and were in almost every tree in their yard. When my Grandparents moved in with my Mom and Dad - my Grandad made birdhouses and put them up in the trees. I remember the joy we all had - watching the birds at their bird houses and at the feeding stations. My dear husband and I have made bird houses and placed them in our trees around the yard. This Clear Dollar digi image reminds me of my Grandparents # I miss them both so much #
Hugs ... Pat

Pat I love your birdhouses. I love the grape hyacinth & yellow flowers, so cute. I see a purple martin house send some this way we have lots of skeeters they could snack on.

I love your birdhouses, flowers, background and layout! My grandma had a bird shelf that she put bird seed and suet on. We loved watching the birds through the window! Ah, the memories! TFS
