This fits the Teapot Tuesday challenge and will be sent to a recuperating Teapotter. I hope it gives her a smile.
The Free 4 All challenge was to "frame it". Sounded simple enough so I started in. NOTHING worked! I gave it up for several hours and then gave it another try.
I decided to add some pearl accents with a pearl pen. No! No! No! So I squirted some pearl liquid on and totally covered the frame (using my fingers). That made a difference.

Gorgeous! I know what you mean, took three tries to sponge the bg in my card... I love the contrast of the blue and black with the pearlized frame and your pretty stick pin embellie. TFS

Ooh Bev! This is awesome! I love the cuttlebuggin and how it looks like a snowy window! The contrast to white and blue is wonderful here! Thanks for sending this along to Con-Air! It's truly wonderful! Very eye catching in the gallery!
Oh my, I love your framed scene, it's beautiful!!! I'm relieved to hear that I'm not the only one who used liquid pearls to cover undesirable elements, LOL! TFS~
