Mary gave us a fun color combination this week, which works well for a card that I will need in a couple of weeks. Cut a deckled oval Nestie from Chocolate Chip CS, then shredded some more CC (yup, in my document shredder!). Wove the strips and some hemp twine into a nest. Stamped the eggs image from Nature Walk on Baja (no Pool Party yet!) and cut each out and glued in the nest. Cut the branch from Sizzix originals bare tree in CC and some Verve Elegant leaves in Wasabi. Ran a Wasabi card through CB EF and mounted all using dimensionals. Added the trunk cut from ruched CS from Paper Temptress. Stamped the WM sentiment in Wasabi, sponged and done. PT - 5
This card will be waiting for DS when he moves to Arkansas. Thank you so much for looking and have a peaceful day.

Oh my gosh Marzi this is so cool. I love this gorgeous tree and bird nest you created. I am always intrigued with what everyone uses "outside" the box to create something beautiful. This is amazing and gorgeous creation. You went all out for this one and it shows your awesome creativity my friend!!! Very cool and extraordinary.

Wonderful job Marzi! Love this colour combo and what a sweet card indeed to send to your son. Your little nest is too cute!
