Today we were to make a crazy collage card. I just realized I didn't read the part that said "crazy"....OOPS! Anyway, this is so out of my league that I would consider this "crazy"!......let me explain....
One crazy part is that this card cost me $99 to make. Okay, maybe I am exaggerating a tad. I went to Michaels just to get a new blade for my cutter and left with a big bag of goodies only to discover things weren't what they were suppose to be. I bought a new tape runner that the box said "comes with not one, but two rolls of tape". Opened the box and it had no tape. Also bought a "black" pen in the black pen spot, got home and it is dark blue.
SO I, one who hates to return things, will be heading back to the store as soon as I finish this post. dang! I hate that!......my card....
I did use four different stamps, one that I bought today. Coloring was done with re-inkers, sponging and just plain swiping of the ink pad onto the paper. Deckle scissors were used for the edge. The "create" charm was another newly purchased item.
Well, off to do what I detest.......return stuff. Have a great day and remember.....check inside the boxes of things you buy because someone else might have removed stuff. ugh! not nice!.......TFL :0)

Beautiful collage, Cathy - the colors and coloring are awesome - wow! P.S. I know what you mean about people removing things from boxes. I ordered a 2 disk set muscial CD from Amazon and when I opened it (it was sealed) - there was only 1 disk! They sent me another set.

Well it looks like it was worth every penny as this a GORGEOUS collage card!! Love your vibrant colors and sweet charm! I do hope you get the store exchange/return done to satisfaction; that is frustrating!

It certainly looks worth $99 - this is simply gorgeous, and into my favs. I certainly understand your frustration in getting home with your new toys - only to find they are "broken" :( Despite your frustration, this card is stunning. GREAT card - TFS.

Beautiful card, Cathy!! I like your view point of crazy!! This is not crazy though, just your experience! The more I go into Michaels, the more I'm not crazy about them. But they have what I want, sometimes need. I hope they didn't hassle you on the return!
