This week for Stampin B our hostess challenge is given by Brenda, a/k/a Benzi, to make a masculine card using brown, black and one other color.
It seemed a perfect time to make a Father's Day card. I used the truck image from the stamp set Countryside, embossed it in black, paper pierced around the image, added a dab of red and used the rope border punch as I think it looks more masculine. I popped up the image on dimensionals, added black string to the top and used a wood b/g from the Woodland Walk dsp.
Thanks for taking a look and please join us in the challenge this week. You can click onto the link shown on my signature line to link up with StampinB.

What a great guy card with that awesome old truck image! I love all the apple baskets in the bed of the truck! My husband picked apples for his first job as a kid and he'd LOVE this card! Thanks too for reminding me that I have this older punch and keep forgetting to get it out and use it! Looks great here!

Another wonderful masculine card. I'm really liking that rope border punch - I see many uses for it. Hmmm - maybe there is another purchase in my future.

Hi Pammy Jo!!! I am loving my stroll through your gallery and wish I had time to comment on all of your cards. Lots of great ideas. You seem to have the same interest in the same sets I love too. You have definitely made stampin up proud of the use of their sets!!! Great card!!!
