We're having trouble with our cable/Internet service, so I'm not going to take the time elaborate on my design or Mothermark's Teapot Tuesday challenge because I never know how long I'll be able to stay on at any given time. I will say, however, the flowers were heat embossed with white onto vellum cardstock, colored with Twinkling H20s, and cut out.
