This is a combined challenge card, because I am so pressed for time this week. CarrollAnn, dear, you deserve better. I enjoy your work so much and you are just as sweet as pie, I'll try to make another to honor you later... this is the card I chose to CASE: Snow! (C4C65) by MrsBoz at Splitcoaststampers
but obviously with a spring theme.
Mother challenged us to make a card with tulips for the front door of the Tea Party or mint juleps for the back. I think that I belong in Kentucky, tho' because I cry at Old Kentucky Home every time that I hear it. I also aspire to drink significantly more than I actually do, but have no time to fit it into my schedule. So, sober I am - bringing tulips. Come over and play...with a sweet destination station: MMTPT142 ~ THAT'S SHELLY MAE SHULEP! SHE'LL HOLLAR AND HOOLEP! by Mothermark at Splitcoaststampers
Ran a Barely Banana card through Swiss Dots EF with the double emboss technique. Stamped the stems from SU Spring Garden in Memento Bamboo Leaves, the tulips in Craft Perfect Plum in the center. Dabbed a bit of Pearl-Ex Interference Blue for low shine. Sponged a little of the bamboo at the base so that the tulips didn't "float." Cut a frame from violet from Serendipity with nesties and added the dots with white gel pen. Stamped the Flourishes sentiment in bamboo on BB punched and matted with more violet. Adhered all with CE and done. Sorry for the abysmal photo - too many clouds and very poor light.
Thanks so much for looking and have a peaceful day.

Love that tulip image and you have framed it beautifully. Of course, I'm loving the Swiss Dots LOL!

Ha ha! Don't worry, most of the teapotters are really sober and sweet but we all like to pretend we are the life of the party with our juleps in hand! Snort! I think that CA will agree that this is a wonderful little card! I love the colors together! Its a great addition to this weeks challenge!

Love those pretty tulips...and so glad you came sober. Love the yellow card. I've used yellow on two cards this week, which is very unusual for me. I find it so hard to work with but I believe I'm beginning to enjoy it.
