Just had to come back and CASE another card from Queen Lois' gallery. This time I picked Spotlight Yellow Carnation. Since my hydrangea was already colored, I didn't do the spotlight technique, but kept the flower, butterfly and birthday theme. Sponged the edges of the image panel with Broken China and Faded Jeans distress ink. The butterfly was embossed on DP with Iridescent Ice, sponged and cut out.
Congrats again Lois... and wear that crown proudly!

Oooh, this is so pretty, Ms Broom! I love hydrangea's but I'm horribly intimidated by al that coloring. You did a fabulouse job with your coloring and everything is wonderfully monchromatic. Nothing quirky about this card.

Another GORGEOUS card in my favorite colors - blues. Your butterfly is stunning the way you stamped it on dp and used the embossing. That hydrangea is such a beautiful stamp and your fabulous coloring just makes it more so.
