Pat Smethers and I have an impromptu challenge that we started a little after we first met on SCS about 21 months ago. We don't really have a schedule and we take turns coming up with the challenges- they are usually pretty interesting. This time it was my turn and the rules were: must contain three different flowers made by the person making the card, card must be based on a dream or be about dreams, and it must have a person, animal or fairy creature on it.
This is the card that I made and I will upload Pat's card this weekend in case you haven't already seen it (you definitely don't want to miss it).
I am very worried about what Pat will come up with for the next one because I could hear her yelling at me all the way from California when she started making her flowers (mainly from the time involved because we all know that Pat could make a stunning paper flower from dryer lint!).
PT - It is too early in the morning to be counting but I know it is a lot and I am too skeerd to guess with Pamzi's eagle eye!
PS - Pat said to load this in the CT0311 gallery since it was a little dressed up.

Wowzer, Bama Girl, what a beauty you made. You know I love birds but was drawn to so many details. You must have bought out Michael's for all those pearls. Your flower is delish and I love your sentiment tag.
I really don't ever want to get into a challenge with you...fairies, dreams, etc....all that scares me. Poor Pat. LOL
Love your beautiful card.

I can see you step right up to the plate when you're challenged, Nancy. Your card is spectacular. I love the design and of course all those flowers. This is the grand dame of all cards right here.

Where to begin? What a cool challenge, and the tradition that you have continued. I just love the neutral scheme here...so very effective when showcasing that sentiment. Your papers are wonderful, the pearls lavish and the punchez...the punchez...to die for!! That is the most beautiful use of the bird punch that I have seen to date. The Swedish judge gives you a 10 on this one!!
