This is in honor of Kim who is Queen for the Day 50 - and what else could it be for Kim, aka Luvsflowers, but flowers!! I love Kim's creations, they're so beautiful and she is such an encouragement in her comments too. Here is the card which inspired me: CAS76, Quick and Clean... by Luv Flowers at Splitcoaststampers
I went with this color scheme for the flowers based on this inspiration from Cath Kidson - love the pink and white and green combo: http://www.cathkidston.co.uk/p-15739...on-mirror.aspx
And it's also a spring creation for the spring contest!
I colored the flowers with copics, drawing in the stems as they were much shorter - they're slightly popped up. I attached some polka dot ribbon to a piece of card - this is so that it would lay flat over the embossed panel - and then cut it banner style as Kim did. The sentiment is cut with Nesties and sponged with pink while still in the die, and popped up over the flower stems.

I have so many of your cards in my faves, and guess what? I just added another one. This is gorgeous and I want one of my own. Love the colors and embossing.

Bridget, I love this card!! I love how you colored the blooms with the Copic markers. I have only tried coloring with them very briefly. You have made it look easy, but I don't think that is the case. I really like the enlarged and embossed dots also. Thank you so much for making this lovely card, and thank you too for your nice comments. I can tell that you are a genuinely kind person. :>)
