I chose this fun Retro Rotary Phone from WallTAT to inspire my card for this week's Inspiration Challenge. I thought all of the wonderful shades of green would be a great palette for a Saint Patrick's Day card for one of my girlfriends. The Sketch is this week's Card Positioning Systems.
I started with fun green velvet polka dot paper and added a vintage phone and sentiment from Hero Arts Just Saying Hi set, which is perfect for the love & friendship challenge at the Hero Arts Blog this month. I added some Tim Holtz paper tape & scrappers floss to finish the design for this week's CPS Sketch.

Such a fun card! I am thinking a lot of people on this site may never have seen a phone like this but I remember them well.

Love your retro phone! Love how you've 'tied it all together' with the twine. Great site this week. I will be back to it again - especially given where my head went with the first one I made! Thanks for providing us such great sites to make us think outside of the box (or the barn, as the case may be).
