Congrats Heather. How fun to learn Peggy selected you as this week's Queen For The Day.
Okay, let me esplain:
Here's where my INSPIRATION came from. Yes, I am fully aware this is nothing like the fun card Heather crafted. How I ever screwed up this badly I'll never know. First, I couldn't find any road paper where I could draw the yellow lines. Then I decided to cut the top of one of my cars because the images are too large. I had to cut the poor leprechan's feet off so he could act as the rish parade's master of ceremonies. In the end, this is what came out of my kitchen cabinets (craft studio) today. None of this makes any sense whatsoever.
Enjoy your very special status amongst all of us stampers. I adore your cards and your comments are the bestest ever, girl.

A footless leprechaun? Poor thing! At least, one foot is there for him to grab if he wants. Now, that is a clover instead of a crown...poor Heather. I knew Pamzi wouldn't give up the crown. Anyway, I love your polka dot ribbon. What else is in your kitchen cabinets...any food, pots and pans, or just craft 'stuff'?

So, you been a hitting the liquor cabinet again my dear Anne! I do have to say that I think Heather will appreciate what you have turned up with here as she's pretty darn good at making creative cards. Now, cutting off the leprecaun's feet is a bit un-neving to say the least. I do hope you stopped with the feet if you know what I mean! I see you did a whack job on zee leprechan's car while you were at it. Do you always take your anger out on such innocent leprechauns and cars? Guess Debzi is right, it's time to go back to BFC for more treatment - I thought you had gotten past all that!
Furthermore, I see you have dishonored me as DA QUEEN by engaging in this challenge for the new Queen. You have 2 choices, Da BFC or Da Tower. I would pick BFC if ya know what I mean. It's only short term at BFC and long term at zee chopping block!!!
Your card is adorable, your story a riot and I absolutely know, without a shadow of a doubt, that Heather will love this even if it doesn't look like her card!! LOL!

This is sooooooo cute. Now Annie Jo why haven't tried to set me up with this cutie....aren't leprechauns rich!! Not that that would turn my head....I am just totally curious.
You are so sweet to make cards for all of the queens. I have to get back with it too. I just have not caught up with everything when I was away for a month. Happy Birthday today you old bag!!!

Well my dear sweet friend Annie-Jo Ryan, birthday girl and all that jazz! Can I call you friend yet? After all, it has been a whole entire year since the hole-digging incident...
Now, I do have a couple of questions...
1) Do you really have leprechauns in your kitchen cabinets? And do they hide their drinks from you when you open the cabinet doors to peek inside at them?
2) Is this leprechaun really driving - in a car that is way too small for him - without any feet? Or without a windshield or roof on his car? Since it seems you got out your machete and whacked off the top of his car and the bottom of his legs!!!
3) Where is this poor little fella's other foot? No, really - where is it!!!???
4) Aren't leprechauns magical? Sort of like fairies? Couldn't he have just scrunched himself small and folded his feet under him? So much tidier that way...
Now that those burning questions are out of the way, I can comment on your QFTD45 card. First of all, thank you!!!! I knew immediately which card you chose as your inspiration. (I only have one in my gallery with a VW on it...)
I love green - could have something to do with my Happy Born-Day being on St. Patrick's Day and all...
You punched on your card!!! Points plus for that! No chopping block for you. No matter what Pamzelina Da Fruitflake says. She's not the Queen anymore is she!
Your big ol' bow is awesome. As always. Brings some class to this card of yours.
And, I love that he is holding a shamrock, not a four-leaf clover. There is a difference! Love this creation AJR.
Thanks! And hugs!!
And we don't fear Pamzi. Idle threats. Idle threats.

Anne, I think your leprechaun is enjoying his ride in the punch buggy convertible, being the master of ceremony and all. I'm lovin' the polka dot ribbon.
