I really liked this technique as it uses some of our older supplies that tend to get overlooked nowadays. It also forced me to break out my watercolor pencils, which have been banned to the dark recesses of my supply closet for way too long.
You can see I had a tough time getting the ''shimmer" to show on my photograph. Believe me, it's shiny!!

What a great technique Holly. Thanks for introducing me to it. Your card is just stinkin' cute. I can even see some shimmer! Good for you. Most of us were unable to capture that look.
