todayÂ’s featured stamper is BobbiesGirl; congratulations Carol!
i enjoyed going through your gallery and decided to case
your first upload because i love fall and iÂ’ve never done the faux silk technique before. after i distressed the edges and liked the look, i carried on until it looks like a faux crackle to me.
i changed the corner treatments, the bow and used a DP background. i'm also submitting this for the monthly fan club theme. thanks for looking.

I dont know one thing about the faux silk technique, but if it's this gorgeous, I'll be all over it tomorrow. The past few cards, I see you're moving a little outside your comfort zone. This is exquisite, LInda. Your ribbon pares beautiful with your autumnal colors too. When do reservations open for The Snail Design School? Since you know, do you suppose I can apply for a discount? Boy, do I ever love your work.

Well, you sure took me way back. I remember how scared I felt when I put that first card on. I feel just as ditzy today as I felt scared that day. Thanks for the memories. Your card is beautiful and I love it when people put tutorial links on with their card.

Isn't it fun to case the first card? I love doing that and we did the same card, but we went a different direction! I love your version of Carol's first card.
