You know, this wasn't much of a challenge for me because I LOVE polka dots! Stamped dots, dotty paper, texture dots...it's all wonderful!
This one turned out even better than I imagined. Doesn't often happen that way!!
The flower is heat embossed red on red. Then I accented the petals with pink craft ink and red classic ink...all with a brush. That gave some definition to the layers of petals.
The leaves are also heat embossed celery on celery. Wide satin ribbon from Wally world.
The colors were chosen for the VSN mini challenge 4.

Oh this is GORGEOUS! I love the dark navy dots with that beautiful bloom in the pretty red! The white ribbon is the perfect topper...I always forget to buy white satin ribbon and now I am inspired!
