Holly found another fun technique for today's TLC challenge. This "Tilt Card" technique was created by Charmwarm(Charmaine) and can be found HERE. At first I thought it would be intricate and hard to do, but it wasn't! My whole fish "swims" and not just an element of the design as Charmaine's example. I was pleased with my results and will try this "tilt" technique again. Thanks, Holly!
I used the CAS challenge layout for today...only flipped it, so my fishie would have a better orientation

Another AWESOME card to add to my FAVS! I have this set, so I can do this, however, I have NO clue as to what a "tilt" card is? Love the colors, the sparkles, and the pearls!
